About This Role
The Watchman stands at the highest point of the organization — not to control, but to see further. This role exists to guard the mission and values of Eternity Builders, to cast vision so every group knows where they are heading, and to sound the call when things drift off course. The strength of Eternity Builders lives within each team. The Grit Group, the Flow Group, and the Pulse Group own their lanes, lead their people, and build with their own hands. The Watchtower does not carry the load — it keeps the standard. And if the Watchman changes, the Watchtower remains, because what we guard is bigger than any one person.
Core Responsibilities
Ensure every team member understands where Eternity Builders is heading and why. The vision is not a poster on the wall — it is the compass that guides every decision.
Hold the line on who we are. When shortcuts are tempting or standards start to slip, the Watchman sounds the call and brings things back to center.
The Grit Group, Flow Group, and Pulse Group each own their lane, but the Watchman ensures they work together as one body, not three silos.
Make the calls that shape the future of the company — which projects to pursue, where to invest, when to grow, and when to hold steady.
Identify and invest in the next generation of leaders. The Watchtower must outlast any single Watchman.
Own the highest-level client relationships. Ensure that every client experience reflects the character and excellence of Eternity Builders.
