About This Role
The Flow Chief leads the Flow Group — the operational backbone of Eternity Builders. This role owns the systems, schedules, budgets, and logistics that keep every project running on time and on budget. The Flow Chief does not just track numbers — they steward resources faithfully, ensuring nothing is wasted and every dollar, hour, and material serves the mission. When the operation runs smoothly, it is because the Flow Chief has anticipated problems before they arrive and built systems that prevent chaos. They are the quiet engine that makes excellence possible.
Core Responsibilities
Build and maintain project schedules that are realistic, clear, and communicated to every group. A good schedule prevents chaos before it starts.
Every dollar belongs to the mission. Track costs faithfully, flag overruns early, and find ways to be efficient without cutting corners on quality.
Ensure the right materials arrive at the right place at the right time. When the crew shows up, everything they need should be ready.
Create repeatable processes that make the operation run smoothly. Good systems free people to focus on the work instead of fighting fires.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subs. Hold them to the same standard of quality and reliability that we hold ourselves to.
Give the Watchman clear, honest visibility into the financial health of every project and the company as a whole.
