Field Commander
Craft Leader · Standard Enforcer · Builder of Builders
Mission
"Lead the hands that build. Ensure every nail, every cut, and every finish reflects the standard of excellence that defines Eternity Builders. The field is where reputation is earned or lost."
About This Role
The Field Commander leads the Grit Group — the hands and muscle of Eternity Builders. This role owns the physical execution of every project: the quality of the craft, the safety of the crew, and the pace of the work. The Field Commander does not just manage tasks — they build builders. They are on the ground, setting the standard by example, ensuring that every piece of work reflects the character and excellence that Eternity Builders is known for. When the work is hard and the days are long, the Field Commander is the one who keeps the crew steady, focused, and proud of what they are building.
Core Responsibilities
Every cut, every joint, every finish must reflect the Eternity Builders standard. The Field Commander sets the bar by example and holds the crew to it.
No shortcut is worth a person getting hurt. Safety is not a policy — it is a value. The Field Commander owns it completely.
Develop skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. Train them, challenge them, and give them the tools to grow into leaders themselves.
Keep the work moving at the right pace — not rushed, not dragging. Every day should end with progress the crew can be proud of.
Inspect the work before the client ever sees it. Catch problems early, fix them right, and never let substandard work leave the jobsite.
Communicate material needs to the Flow Chief and crew concerns to the Pulse Keeper. The groups work best when they talk to each other.
