The Pulse Keeper leads the Pulse Group — the heart and soul of Eternity Builders. This role owns the people: their growth, their morale, their development, and their connection to the mission. The Pulse Keeper does not just handle HR paperwork — they build a culture where people want to stay, grow, and give their best. They are the first to notice when someone is struggling and the first to celebrate when someone steps up. In a company that believes in building things that last, the Pulse Keeper ensures that the people are built to last too.

Develop Every Person

Create growth paths for every team member. Whether someone has been here one month or ten years, they should be learning and growing.

Own the Hiring Pipeline

Recruit people who align with our values, not just our skill needs. Character first, competence second — you can train skills, but you cannot train heart.

Monitor Team Morale

Keep a finger on the pulse of the team. Know when people are thriving and when they are struggling. Address issues before they become crises.

Manage Benefits and Compliance

Handle the administrative side of people management with excellence. Payroll, benefits, compliance — these things matter because people matter.
